Thank you for shopping at Western Whimsey! We value your order and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do proudly offer FREE RETURNS! 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 buisness days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@westernwhimsey.com with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
